If you want the best example of that, taking advantage of institutions and all the professional analysis (and yes, shorters too) then your best bet is... to simply check the current share price.

I.e That concept of the “average of all the best guesses” being accurate is used to explain why stock markets are usually efficient. Ie this concept is exactly what sets the daily share price of every stock on every exchange - an average of everyone guessing what good value is.
