Also Shanghai I think your logic is flawed on this one - if the price drops to $0.10 it does not necessarily mean the risk/reward is better or that the downside is reduced. You have to ask yourself the question 'Why has it dropped further to $0.10/share?' Chances are the risk has increased further and that's precisely why the price has fallen further.
