I'm not sure of the ASX and ASIC regulations here, but why couldn't LRS just simply declare a dividend to option holders by creating a new class of options called LRSOC (with an expiry date out to 2021), and gift each LRSOB share into an LRSOC share.
Could that be done?
Would it be legal?
It would give some good publicity, with LRS announcing a dividend in share options, one for one.
And it would be a good show of support and faith by the management to long suffering supporters and shareholders.
How about suggesting this to CG.
