    Based on the latest info Frosty/perigrine hold about 1mill shares, so perigrine have sold about 2mill of original holding. He / they have made some good money from selling down 2/3 of the holding! Correct me if I am wrong. I do not see a director buying 200k shares on market as anything to be excited about at this stage, probably increased his average holding price by 1c. Lets hope that this purchase was for the correct reasons.
