I agree. They need to solve the real problem. They are just wasting good results that have no hope of gaining traction.
Small caps are 80% about financing ability 20% project management. This group has one in spades, little in the other.
Given the junior norm is "ability in neither" at least we are still in the game.
Just wish they'ed get on with the financing without deferring, again.
