Most likely an established site, takes the ache out of extensive building works and lost time. Once the permit to cultivate is issued they would be able to start cloning while secondary grow areas are being built. Given the immense activity on LinkedIn looking for employees for Canopy (Spectrum) and the multitude of other companies coming online as we speak for harvesting/distribution early FY19/20, the official rush has started.
