i agree, when people saw the trading halt in relation to a join venture traders knew that MAK would make up some lost ground and decided to take profits.
With the purchase of the claw back rights being so close to this announcement i am leaning towards it being positive. Also they issued a board room radio interview. I believe that claw back ann and bbr interview was a 'warm up' for this announcement.
