I don't know how long you have been trading but its text book market manipulation. Create a sell wall so people that were in doubt- panic sell and as a bonus hopefully their selling triggers stop-losses. So the "sellers" can scoop up more shares for cheap before equilibium sets in.
Sometimes this tactic backfires and the sell wall is bought into and they lose out on making more profit.
Honestly I think its a scummy thing but hey thats the market for ya hahs.
