The language here confirms that the ~100MT of orders is a backlog in excess of their current capacity, and they expect to catch up by July with the extra 15MT of weekly capacity coming online in two weeks.
I suspect the buyers will just keep on buying what they can rather than risk another shortage during high season. With no price drop will we really see the operating leverage kick in this time around?
