by converting at 1.21c when they did it establishes a vwap above the floor, now they have 20 trading days that they can convert, if the vwap remains below the floor price after the 20 days then my question is can they convert?

How is bod going to solve this debt problem, cant repay, so best case is to pump and let them convert, sell some or whatever and move on letting sales do the talking moving forward.
