The March quarter will hopefully have approximately $1m in revenue from Buddy. It will also probably have more than $1m in acquisition costs. I will be interested to see how much they have reduced their expenditure. I will also be interested in how much debt they have.
The June qtr will have Lifx losses plus interested payments, so the Buddy side of the business will need to show significant improvement or expenses will need to be reduced substantially.
