Those buying higher would certainly see a reason even if you don't - but of course you must make your decisions on what you see.
A few days ago I made a reasonable purchase based on the US$600 debt funding from the German Bank that I see as practically a formality once the final few 'red tape' items are completed. These red tape items I believe are just a matter of time. When TNG actually gets into mining, and accompanied by the TiVAN process, it will be BIG. But that is just how I see it.
