In November 2018 the investigation into SN Tech was completed, December 20 2018 LDN dropped millions of shares onto an illiquid market shattering the sp.
2 weeks later the market was informed about the investigation concluding and its findings.
Please explain how that is acceptable/lawful and was not in anyway abusive of trading in a blackout period with a forthcoming Ann but buying shares on an open market is not?
