From what I understand, not a lot we can do unless a superior offer comes before the vote? If there is no offer forthcoming, then the financial situation looks dire. Hence I believe they will get 75% of us voting yes to the scheme.

I will hold my shares until the bitter end. All the while hoping something better comes along. If not, I will vote yes.

No commission fee when they buy my shares back is the only good thing I read today.

Let's hope an Australian Miner see's a sweet deal and comes to the party. Maybe Clive wants to splash some more money while his wallet is open...
