Pecc I have also often wondered if Thermofisher are doing this because BD1 approached them or the other way round?
The reason I say this is the spending of BD1 would suggest that
a. its either really really inexpensive to shift the assays to Luminex or
b. we aren't paying.
I haven't seen [ could be wrong ] anything from the company on the cost associated with this. @NavyDiver may be able to shed some light on how this works and the expense involved?
Me personally I don't believe it would be cheap so I discount point a.
Brings me to b.
If we are not paying then why?
Perhaps Thermofisher are doing it for love.....lol..... or maybe another reason? Aimo DB
