I know I sound like a cracked record, but: 1) Do any of you have an idea re when the resolution for this dispute with Glencore is tabled for? 2) Are the arbitration findings binding? 3) Do you have a feel for what impact the arbitration findings may have on the SP? 4) Would love to hear possible scenario models if anyone has any.
Please don't use this as an opportunity to down ramp, I'm looking for healthy discussion amongst investors...
