Hi Suzuki, few thoughts here;

Yes about MR Fraser, plus IP still ‘live’ at phase 2 level plus potential of backing by a ‘heavy’ hitter.

Milestone for the initial receipt of first funds (3.6 mill); no deadline for first instalment!

Initially concerned that the transfer off IP was with the receipt of first instalment, that is not the case, won’t be ‘handed’ over till end of year ( November 2019) at which time the second instalment is due.

What is interesting is the 5th milestone; November 2022 ....

”Provided that the following has been satisfied; a) Admedus Vaccines providing all necessary support to the Phase 3 pivotal clinical trials or IND submission preparations depending on the clinical development progress in China”

Could that be a problem for SB?, the need to have more time?, 4 years seems like a long time though it will go pretty quick; from November 2019, when they receive IP this makes only 3 years!

Perhaps there will be the need to ‘list’ as soon as possible, (so not funding all out of their own pockets) imo, to be able to meet milestones 2 to 5, the regulatory hoops alone could take longer than envisaged and that is only with continuing success.


You would have thought it was all ‘nutted’ out on timeframes, maybe the need for more time has reared its head ...... all speculation on my part!


Outcome; should not effect the company if falls thru, imo, ‘small’ positive if signed off.

Biggest win would be the elimination of this ‘huge’ distraction!
