Content production is the reason they are burning money so fast.
Costs them millions to make a show.
Then it gets binged in 1 week.
Constant content generation needed to retain loyal customers.
Otherwise... switch to a different service... which is what I have done... I switch between a few.
Not a sustainable model. Very different to music. People will listen to their favourite song or playlist 100 times. People will not watch a show more than a couple of times at best.
