I think you'll find the growth rate is increasing (and will continue to do so). Have a look at the image below (taken from the latest investor presentation). You can see the 1H2019 bars/lines starting to move sharply up. Very positive signs!
Currently market cap is only ~5x ARR ... That seems low, this could easily become the next nearmap in terms of shareholder returns. But as always; do you're own research.
