It will be a good business when up an running. What are your thoughts on their $350 mill share of the funding required to do so. With a market cap of ~$500 mill, that represents 70% of current market cap.
Do you think they will be able to secure debt in the current environment?
If not debt, what discount would they need to put on the sp in the event of a capital raise/share placement? What margin of error would an investor participating in that CR want, 30 to 40% discount?
