They could have done a partial cap raising at $3.50 to sophisticated investors and partial debt intake. To develop the asset - these guys are so dumb and couldnt even pull off, what seems a straight forward deal (in a supposing world class asset, as they tell us). The sale to POSCO could have been used to pay off debt
