My initial reaction was dismay that he didn't take up his full entitlement either, but after thinking about this is a Director that has in the past never put his hand in his pocket and bought shares, so him participating in the SPP is good vote of confidence (at least by Frey's standards anyway). Also, this is a man that wears cheap suits, I think he's pretty tight with his money.
