When you say most of these cases are resolved out of court, what would you say as a ball park %? Say 70%? Not to put you on the spot, ha ha, because i've got no idea. Perhaps Talley's do know something is going on.....

Wonder how much an out of court settlement would take off that $80 million??

Things looking more hopeful here, i feel. Before, it seemed to be complete resignation on these threads that BRL would almost certainly lose an appeal, based on the original court findings.

Here's hoping for a lot better outcome. Wouldn't it be great
