Yeah so because i saw nothing apart from the applications for the shares notice wise i was hoping the NSX had not granted permission but if I go here:

That kind of makes me think ASIC is encouraging them to suspend them not because they wanted to of their own volition or why let them issue shares to do the hypothetical HML takeover?
It's not entirely impossible that the capital page on the NSX automatically adds the requested issues unless the NSX subsequently cancels them or something though so I'm not quite 100% sure.
I was just hoping permission hadn't been granted because they'd have nothing to pay for HML acceptances with.
