I agree, the placement was at quite a discount considering the recent nice steady rise. You could also say that they have done well to raise any money in the current climate!
There still seem to be buyers but as mentioned it is normally pretty thinly traded.
Hopefully the Welsh CS Gas can attract some further interest..
And there is still the development of the Indian Hythane depots and generators - lots going on.
