“Offer”...........well that’s not true. And management have gone and destroyed the SP. We could be at 9cps. Nigel is saying it to Dossant. If you want proof ask Airguide to confirm or deny the 9 cent offer. And what entails “offer”? Do you mean take over or do you mean a strategic investment?

Consider that Nigel is well known for bagging Huayou and yet here we are with both Huayou and CATL proxy lithium plus taking a 1/3.

As tendoji said who are the fools? The ones that quoted Lowry in one of our Anns. How gobsmacking stupid is that?

I’m sure if Airguide saw that notice to shareholders, they would have stopped it.

Fact is, IMO this management is dangerous,,,,,,,,, they have let on Board Pattersons who have no commitment as shown by them selling shares.

Again, AG don’t control whether offers are formal, informal or incomplete. That part is between AVZ management and a customer.

AG don’t sign off on deals........... management do.

What’s so hard for you to ‘get’ about that?

I suggest you refrain from attacking AG

Start looking in the mirror and ask yourself can this management be trusted? Where’s the World Class Chairman???
