Stocks go up and stocks go down.
I know it hurts when one is down but ask yourself why you bought in the first place and whether the fundamentals since then have changed and gotten worse or gotten better or the same.
If you think they are worse now and it’s keeping you up at night then sell and get the hell out of there - it’s not worth it. If you think they’re the same or better, just hold and don’t watch it every day as it’ll send you crazy.
