I agree with everything you said, but as a fair warning regarding your ibuprofen advice, keep in mind that it destroyed my stomach lining and gave me chronic gastritis. —I took it with food, but it didn’t matter. Ibuprofen permanently destroys the gall bladder after just 2 weeks of consistent use.
