Milestone 4 required execution of an unconditional binding licensing agreement that has an upfront payment of no less than $500,000,milestone 4 is the final milestone and can only be used once not multiple times like your misleading SN tech and GPI comments imply.
Milestone 1,2 and 3 were technology related.
