Think court cases tend to spook the locals. GPG ALL Centro etc. In alot of businesses they are a fact of life. Its a jungle out there. But then again it can create good buying for long term holders. Anything that frightens the buyers off a good stock for a while creates opportunities. This is one such. But another factor is gloom in the UK.
