CMWilson is right - it was book value. It was reported over a month ago but the articles have slipped away. They were the ones where some Gold Coast property tycoon dildo was saying he would've paid more than book value but that he was frozen out of the process (boo hoo).
The sale was referenced in the article that made you famous Imperial (it was you wasn't it?):
"The market only heard about the first sale, the sale of Centro Southport for $75 million on May 13, from a leak."
