Also they made it very clear that it would be difficult to negotiate any sort of deal with a Market Cap under 100m.
what is the catalyst that can rerate this to back over 100m?

Im not going to lie, this has to be one of the most intriguing company's on the ASX but one that keeps alot of things very close to the chest. Maybe this is why it is so intriguing? Maybe it's not such a bad thing?

And I think Davisite raises a good question, What is the purpose of signing Locarnini to the BOD? An actual statement from the company, not just an obvious assumption that it relates to Hep B.
