I think your last line is pretty ridiculous, sorry. De-register?????? Please.....There is know way these muppets will give up their gravy train. Especially off the back of a successful drill campaign at Lac Rainy

The company could and IMO will do a consolidation, that would then allow raising to be done at a higher price and allow other investors to buy in that normally dismiss companies with too many shares on issue. That was also my point in regards to being happy to participate in a raising at this price prior to a consolidation. The cheap shares could help a lot of us average down prior.

Also Peter has reminded all recently the fact that Manindi does have a JORC resource of zinc worth a considerable amount to the right buyer and although not a great deal happened with the Lithium at Manindi what is happening next door LPD/Venus could well manifest itself into a sale or some sort of JV, of which the company has stated that talks have been had. So to say that the company would be required to de-register or delist is a little wild IMO.

Whilst I agree that there are still a number of issues to iron out here, I believe that the company can turn things around and ride the growing interest in graphite train taking us suffering holders with it. We have seen how many shares can be churned here in a single day when interest arrives, I believe there are still a lot of people watching from the sidelines.

    Cheers

    D
