IMO that in a nutshell sums up the situation, put in the foundations early and the shareprice will eventually look after itself based on the results...and that comes with no guarantee of success..

Board and management plan around the very long-term ( with no set time limit) while also dealing with the day to day operational issues , so anyone working with short-term objectives are immediately at odds with them , and have to deal with the implications of that on their own, usually through the hand to hand trench warfare of trading..they will get no help from management with that and should expect none..

In terms of the expected life of the Company 5 years would be considered very short term...
