You see sovereign risk in Chile and Argentina?
I considered them relatively safe. You got any info on what the industry's consensus or assessment generally is?

Interesting though, now with the expansion in demand from CHina and India, and the available capital they have allowing them to take more and more owning and controlling interests in resources globally, seems even the like of Australia are beginning to discuss controlling ownership of resources. Of course there is a wide spectrum between law restricting foreign ownership to a company seizing and nationalising (and re-privatising-to-the-cronies) resources and assets..
