Just realized something. The interest rate loan set by Kerogen is perfectly reasonable at 18% because they own 50% of AJL so practically they are paying half of this rate at 9% and the rest of investors pay the other half when it comes to capital rise to pay down the debt. So I take back all the previous negative comments about K interest rate arrangement. They are the good guy in term of this.
