Honoring someone for an achievement takes a different form to religious worship, singing praises, endless ceremony, Prayer, supplication, etc.
Plus we have not established that there is a Creator of the Universe in general, or that the god described in the bible is that proposed creator, so it seems that both honoring an achievement - the creation of a universe - or worship, is premature.
