If you read all of the substantial shareholders notices so far in April, the institutions have all been increasing their holdings in IMD, so if its good enough for them then its goof enough for me.
Furthermore, if you look at the UBS presentation dated 09/04/19 announced to the market - 2019 Australian Emerging Companies Conference Presentation, you will notice on page 34 that as at 31/12/18 institutions owned 66.85% of IMD then, and have been increasing their holdings since (see above).
