Until (and unless) the multimillion oz resource is confirmed, current coverage by Petra and Hartleys will remain conservative .... TINA.
But if the resource upgrades occur, not only will current analyst's SP be upgraded, but much wider coverage by big brokers will occur. When RED is endorsed by the likes of RBC's top ranked team, then RED's credibly (and credit rating) will soar, and the SP will ascend into the ranks of the overpriced instead of under. So close but still not there. Note, 11.5c on very low volume. I think any large line offered below 12c will be snapped up.
