Friends in the US told me stay away from soy They reckon it's really bad for you.

I remember I didn't want my daughter to have cow's milk and put her onto soy and
everyone said 'no -stay away' I think it's in the way it's processed. So went back to cows
milk and goats milk. she's always been super healthy. Beautiful skin and hair.
