I'm wondering whether it's a good thing to be renumerating them in shares, wouldn't that incentivise them into making sure this thing is successful? Also, I was in the gym recently, and one of the guys is having his stem cells sent over to Murdoch uni under the recommendation of his surgeon, due to where the tear is. So it is starting hopefully.
