Low volume. And sellers have given up. There's like 70k stock from 4.30 to 5. It's almost as if no one wants to sell...and everyone wants a seat on the table. All the red days have been piss-poor...no chance to drive the price down enough to buy, indicating to the heavy hitters that there is a lot of buying power behind the stock. Thus they have taken a back seat as there is no point in selling if you can't accumulate.
If news comes in, it may create a buying frenzy.
