If the website you want to make clickable is say for example this http://www.hotcopper.com.au/

and you want to have a nice blue clickable HOTCOPPER

without all the http://: stuff

you have to put it as < url=http://www.hotcopper.com.au/ > HOTCOPPER < /url >

which if you do it without the spaces either side of < or >

gives you HOTCOPPER

which should be blue & clickable HOTCOPPER

but it isnt blue and clickable

therefore some posters are disabled from using this function, probably for safety reasons. You wouldnt want everyone posting clickable links straight into certain sites for sure.
