With the large buys yesterday and this morning at 24.5 followed by the decline there is a bit of a game being played here. The manipulators clearly want to keep the price sub 0.25. This is a genuine concerted effort. Even last week when we saw it hit 25.5 - it came back very quickly. FMS's time will come, but it remains one of those shares right now that will be toyed with until it really does break the 25 level. And when it does you'll be looking for sellers. Remember this comment!
