I think you've raised some valid points regarding the hIstorIcal performance of previous management and strategy (wasting shareholder money on bad decisions such as the Blue Reef acquisition and subsequent disposal, CyberBiz experIment, the decIsIon to acquire Asta, a non related general servIces busIness and a revolvIng Sales manager door resulting in poor organic growth). These are all legacy issues inherited by the new team.

The new team have swept out the old, clearly communicated a new strategy(growth by acquisition in the pure play security space), assembled a team that have done this before and executed their first acquisition, whIch appears to be a gem.

I thInk they at least deserve a chance to prove themselves, don't you?
