I appreciate your thoughtful response but breach of contract is not the only avenue open to Lynas. The law as it applies to breach of contract is very specific and the resolution of such legal action may be a bit cloudy at this stage. The law as it applies to Defamation of Corporations, IMO, favors Lynas especially as it pertains to long term contract sales, raising capital and shareholder value. It's a viable lawsuit as there is a mountain of evidence supporting such a legal action.
