I view this as a positive. Scrip released hardly dilutes shares. We now have some skin in the game in a growing business we are already involved in as a supplier. Whatsmore, we know about the business it is in. Can't see a long term negative here. But the market always seems to react to acquisition as risk. Fair enough, I suppose.
