    1) shares issued well below market price
    2) share price drifts down to issue price
    3) "good" news released, share price rallies
    4) second tranche of "good" news released, share price gets a kicker
    5) ..... (you fill it in)

    understand the stock and trade it for what it is and not what you want the stock to be
