I derived the figure from the half year financial report page 8.
6 months expenditure in 2017 is $11m , therefore $2 m a month. So from Jul 17 to Sep 17 , it should continue the same pattern as last year of $2m a month. But from Jul 18-Dec18 it has spent $22m , since it has moved on to its commercial phase of life. So from Oct to Dec 18 , it has spent $16m , therefore $5 m a month. This pattern will then continue into the future .
Avita won't wait for next institutional placement until it burns all cash. I think it will arrange finance when it still has $10+m in its bank, which is the reason I think end of April might be a good timing for them to do so. But I don't know whether management has power to do it or not. Do they need to call a special meeting to pass a resolution first ?
