I can't disagree with the difficulties of implementation.

I never had any intention of selling this stock, but I could have vastly increased my holdings if I'd followed my own advice, rather than just averaging down as I did. I also had expected another drop into the 30's after the second escrow release, which never happened. There are some lessons to be learnt in there somewhere.

In saying that, I don't really subscribe to any of those quotes. I've seen plenty of people catch falling knives with Warren's words at their back, only to never break even.

Perhaps a better mantra would be "large potential market, highly qualified board, buy on sp falls that fail to correlate with changes to company progress". Not quite as poetic as Warren, I'll give him that.
